AZ Indictments Prove Mayes is a Fraud
A real Attorney General would take up the crimes in Lake & Finchem v. Fontes et al
West Palm Beach, FL… April 25, 2024. While the individual occupying the Arizona Attorney General’s office, located at 2005 N. Central, Phoenix, AZ, seeks to punish political dissent, she completely ignores jurisprudence from several cases all involving the same question. It is to be expected though, that when Democrats seize power, they can’t help themselves, they must engage in a macabre dance of retribution that supports their victimhood orthodoxy. And they do not care about whose lives they ruin, how much it costs, or the damage it does to the republican form of government. But that’s the point, they reject the very “democracy” they claim to embrace and seek to defend. They hate anyone who steps out of line and is willing to do anything, including murder to make their worldview the dominant political viewpoint.
The real threat to a democratically elected republican form of government is unrestrained power wielded for political purposes by “those in high perches.” (Hat tip to Congressman Clay Higgins. Fake AG Mayes, and her Michigan associate fake AG Dana Nessel make a pathetic, case in front of their respective Grand Juries, that ignores all jurisprudence, and in fact, is in itself has now engaged in civil rights violations of the first order. Grand Juries have become to be the most questionable tool for use by an attorney general not just in Arizona but across America. It is now so corrupted by power brokers that insiders claim, “Grand Juries could indict a ham sandwich with enough twisted logic.”
Jurisprudence that both the AG and the Grand Jury have ignored…
The so-called “fake electors” argument is nothing more than twisted logic that the court has already ruled on. The point is, that these Grand Jury indictments have nothing to do with justice or even equity; these indictments are a continuation of the “sit down and shut up” doctrine of the Marxist ruling class advanced after the seizure of power. If they were so convinced that they won, the critical thinkers among us would stand up and ask, can you prove it? But of course, we can’t have that. This is the essential question of transparency. They are willing to spend hundreds of millions of dollars to hide the truth from the people through lawfare.
Put another quarter in the outrage machine and let MSNBC take another victory lap. Here in the land of liberty, if you don’t think an election was decided fairly, you’d better keep it to yourself and bend the knee to people who lack the fundamental understanding of what it is that makes men free. Nessel and Mayes, in light of their tenacity in pursuing those who sought a fair shake, are both complying with the expectations of those who bought their ways into office and are doing so under the guise of protecting democracy. (Cast. Seth Keshel)
The fraud deniers constantly advance the gaslight narrative that “alternate electors are unprecedented.” Think tanks weigh in all the time about the counter-narrative, for instance here is a link to a piece from one such think tank that clearly supports the decision to certify Joe Biden as the 2020 winner and next president. That article provides context into the 1876 dispute between Republican Rutherford Hayes and Democrat Samuel Tilden in which South Carolina, Louisiana, and Florida were disputed. Hayes needed to carry all three to win the presidency, and multiple slates of electors went flying. Ultimately, Hayes was inaugurated but was plagued with the nickname his fraudulency for four years before giving way to James Garfield.
With the election process violations that were uncovered from November 4, 2020, through to January 5, 2021, Congressional delegations from several states attempted to block the use of potentially fraudulent elections, invoking instead their right to have the question returned to the State Legislatures for ratification. The Constitution provides for a challenge process, where all states have the opportunity to submit their Electoral College Electors or withhold them with cause. But the power brokers want nothing to do with the Constitution, in fact, it is a source of angst for them. That is one reason they want to end the Electoral College, which is a check and balance against the French version of democracy.
Alternate electors, which also came into play in Hawaii in 1960, can be expected in the event of a disputed election, and over the last three years, five out of eight likely voters in America believe Donald Trump should have been reelected. (Rassmussen Polling) Seven states properly appointed slates of alternate electors to preserve their standing in Court. But Mayes and Nesssel, and even Jena Griswold in Colorado (think Tina Peters) ignore this jurisprudence in their zeal to eviscerate the First Amendment.
Architect of the challenge argument, Constitution Scholar and longtime constitutional law professor John Eastman anticipated there might be a need for alternative electors in the event that Mike Pence would do anything other than rubber stamp the states’ corrupt results that amounted to nothing more than a coup d'é·tat. Had challenges to certification that were made or ready to be made by 128 Representatives and 9 Senators been upheld, something would have had to stand in for results potentially set aside, lest the States be naked for representation in the Electoral College all together. Since we have now established that, although rare, alternate elector slates do exist legally, it is clear that Nessel, Mayes, and others following suit are making false claims and should be disbarred.
What is the purpose, perhaps investments in future intimidation?
“No one in power is going to allow a change agent to simply walk into any office in which they seek to bulldoze decades of entrenched corruption (see Arizona gubernatorial race, 2022, for another example).” (Seth Keshel) Seth is spot on here, and that is why 2022 appears to be a repeat of 2020 but on steroids. The Marxists endeavor to ruin the lives of anyone who would challenge them (think Niccolo Machiavelli) most of all the alternate electors, many of whom are elderly, everyday people. They are us, our common man representatives. Mayes and Nessel are throwing a hand grenade into the First Amendment and election transparency. They take conspicuous sadistic and twisted
