Season of Accountability coming...
In their obscene hubris, Bragg, Merchan & Colangelo committed federal crimes...
Prescott, AZ June 14, 2024… Today is President in Exile Donald Trump’s Birthday. While he may be hard to shop for, I can think of one gift that could be on its way soon. That would be prosecution of Juan Merchan and Alvin Bragg (for starters) of federtal crimes under 18 US Code § 595, the law is clear. Any federal, state, or local employee, entity, or department that "uses his official authority for the purpose of interfering with, or affecting, the nomination or the election of any candidate for the office of President . . . shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than one year, or both.” But that is just two of the crew.
Think for a moment about the depth and breadth of this federal statute. For every “federal, state or local employee, entity, or department” that has used their position under color of authority to interfere with any candidate for the office of President, there exists the potential for indictment. Who could face prosecution? People like Merrick Garland, a host of FBI agents, Dana Nessel, Jocylyn Benson, Jenna Griswold, Matthew Colangelo, Maricopa Supervisors Gates, Sellers, Galvin, Hickman, Gallardo, Election Director Scott Jarrett, Katie Hobbs and other elections officials around the nation who INTERFERED.
Some of the work on this has already begun. Do you remember the letter from 51 intelligence officials who labled the Hunter laptop a “Russian disinformation op”? Congressman Andy Biggs is moving to revoke the national security clearance.1 Especially in light of their recent doubling down, even after their claim has been shown to be nothing more than a hoax to interfere with a presidential candidate.
While the UniParty Coalition (Neo-cons, anti-America First “republicans” and Marxist lefties) claims that any action against them would be retrobution, that is a buzz word talking point designed to deflect the call for justice. They confuse their own godless world view with the reality of justice. The people want a return to constitutional government, and with the trajectory of the Populist Movement in America, the godless among us are terrified; they will be swamped like a canoe over a waterfall. Under 18 US Code § 595, the pathway to stop the weaponization of the legal system is in place.
What about other crimes like racketeering as an additional charge? Under RICO, a person who has committed "at least two acts of racketeering activity" drawn from a list of 35 crimes (27 federal crimes and eight state crimes) within a 10-year period can be charged with racketeering if such acts are related in one of four specified ways to an "enterprise."[1]
Racketeering is generally reserved for on-going criminal enterprises, like the coup d'é·tat that we all have been living under since 11:47 on January 20, 2021.
Remember the TEA Party? The People are taking ground…
MSNBC talking head Donny Deutsch expresses his anxiety about the Populist Movement and the seperastion of the voters from the Republican Party. Deutsch put it this way, “it’s the voters that keep my up at night.” As Rush Limbaugh would say, we are living in their minds rent free. This is the outcome of pressure brought by the People. While pressure often breeds resistance, the pressure here is actually having the opposite effect. The Populist Movement is ascending, and the UniParty acolytes know it, that is why they have taken to the airwaves to go on the attack. What they do not understand is that with all of their attacks on Populist Movement leaders like Donald Trump, Stephen K. Bannon, Peter Navarro, Mark Finchem, and Tina Peters, they have become trapped in a tar pit for which there is no way out.
Take for example the UniParty move by Kevin McCarthy, disgraced formed Speaker of the House. As Stephen K. Bannon put it, McCarthy is engaged in revenge ,”this is a revenge tour” trying to take out good populist congressmen like Eli Crane, Mat Goetz and Marjorie Taylor Green. McCarthy had to go through 10 people before he could find anyone who would challenge Congressman Crane. So who did they recruit? Former Yavapai County Supervisor Jack Smith, no not the crooked illegal special prosecutor Jack Smith, but the homegrown handpick UniParty recruit. Side note,
