Baker County Oregon Going All In
Take Back Oregon Rally holds the promise of the populist movement
Coming Event: The Baker County Oregon GOP is going all in to show the SALEM SWAMP they have had enough of the corruption in politics; the BCOGOP will host the TAKE BACK OREGON FREEDOM RALLY event September 29 & 30. This populist movement event is a clarion call to the political elites that have seized power in the Beaver State over time through “election” management tactics like mail-in voting and bloated voter registration rolls filled with phantom voters.
The eastern counties of Oregon have had a proverbial “gut full” of the self-serving political class and regulatory thug tactics that seem to be the trademark of radical left Uniparty types all across the nation. On point is an excerpt from a September 18, 2023 letter to the editor of the local paper in Baker City writes by rancher Curtis Martin.
“Oregon DEQ initially wanted to impose their Salem Agency-centric, broad-brush, “one size fits all” approach to addressing supposed, but unvalidated Water Quality impairments within our Powder Basin Watershed. The ODEQ’s accusation, which again is unsubstantiated with their cherrypicked, compromised data, had Agricultural, Ranching and Farming activities as being the culprit in causing 90% of water quality violations. This approach would have, in the years to come, most definitely negatively impacted the base economy of Baker County, while in reality not honestly evaluating the condition, the beneficial uses, or the best management of water within our Basin.”
Not so subtle propaganda moves against the agriculture communities like this, use unsubstantiated claims (absent evidence and empirical study), here made by a government agency made ODEQ, that ranching and farming are causing 90% of “water quality violations.” These tactics fit right in with the World Economic Forum war on carnivores; the same people who don’t want you to eat meat but instead bugs because they don’t fart.
No group of people knows stewardship of the land better than farmers and ranchers, and when scientists work with them to identify best practices for watershed management, we all win. This is one small example of the people standing up to say, wait one damn minute!"
So where did the standards for this so-called “violations” come from? Are they really a threat to the watershed? What part of the intimated solution is naturally occurring? These are all questions that I will not go into here, but will certainly be discussed by many at the upcoming event.
There is a serious populist movement that seeks to separate the mostly conservative, and highly independent eastern two-thirds of the state from the radical left western one-third, which includes Salem and Portland. You remember Portland right, home to the seditious “autonomous zone” where radical leftists sought to foment a real insurrection and their political allies did nothing but stand by and watch homeowners and business depart? No wonder the civilized crowd wants out of the madness.
Enter legislative attempts to separate and join Idaho.
I don’t think anyone can look at the proposed map of Greater Idaho and not see a giant middle finger to the radical left, uniparty elites in control.
