Prescott, AZ January 11, 2025… To celebrate the launch of the First Session of the 57th Arizona Legislature, I am giving away 200 Digital Gold coins to the first 200 InsideTrack subscribers who ask. On Monday, January 13, I will introduce legislation that adds cryptocurrency to the schedule of “legal tender species” in Arizona, making the exchange of one currency for another a non-taxable event.
Today, if one has Bitcoin, for example, some government units want to tax whatever gain you might have against the “value” of the U.S. Dollar. But wait a darn minute, isn’t that the rise and fall of a fiat currency backed by nothing more than the “full faith and credit of the United States Treasury?
That could also mean using cryptocurrency to pay taxes and transact business outside of the Federal Reserve's stranglehold on the money supply. No more ESG regulating what you say or do with your duckets? Say it ain’t so! The bill has not been assigned a number yet, but it will appear on the Bill Tracking site at AZLEG.gov on Monday.
Cryptocurrency Explosion…
Bitcóin, for example, has been around for quite a while and is widely accepted already for some consumer transactions. And many other “coins” have come to the marketplace of ideas as well. President Trump’s desire to end the Federal Reserve and the mismanagement of our currency that has accompanied it since 1913 and the Jeckel Island meeting that launched it is a tall order without a replacement on hand. Fortunately, such a replacement has already arrived in the form of cryptocurrency, which is basically digitized money. What the central banks have done is set their own demise in motion through debit cards.
Today, XRP, a crypto that is related to Ripple, a blockchain system, 9.5%. I have been asked, "How do you get crypto?" I use Coinbase, but there are other service providers out there to choose from. To use it, you visit the site, create a user account, and connect your funding (bank) account.
There are many options to buy and hold crypto; all have to have a virtual wallet. In the case of Digital Gold, another up-and-coming competitive cryptocurrency, that one has its own wallet.
