Kari Lake Back in Court Today at 9:00 PDT
Big day in Arizona politics, link to watch included here...
Phoenix, AZ May 17, 2023, Today and tomorrow will be most memorable days in political history. Today at 9:00 am PDT (12:00 EDT) the Kari Lake legal team will argue once again the need for signature match verification pertaining to the return mail envelopes used by voters in Maricopa County for their mail-in ballots. A significant mismatch rate was found in a statistically valid sample showing as much as a 15% mismatch.

The numbers are staggering. Maricopa reported on November 12, 2022 that approximately 1.57Million ballots had been voted. Approximately 80% of voters use the mail-in system, 1.25Million. 15% of that number is ~187,959 potentially mismatched ballots were counted, ballots that should not have been counted.
Kari Lake allegedly lost by 17,117 votes
Mark Finchem allegedly lost by 120,208 votes
Abe Hamadeh allegedly lost by 511 vote
In the worst case, the mismatch is one and a half time the margin of “victory” in the Finchem v. Fontes race.
Many of the return envelopes had missing signatures, which are not legitimate ballots under Arizona Revised Statutes. Some had names that did not match signatures and many were clearly not a match between the voter registration card —the standard required by law— and the hand writing on the ballot.
And in a final insult to the People of Arizona, Bryan James Blehm was quoted, “As you know by now, Maricopa County is hiding direct evidence of their election fraud. It is funny because they say, "It's not in the best interests of the state to release the ballot affidavit envelopes." Of course not. It would expose them for what they are.”
Transparency and following the law are in the interests of the People, and the State. If you are unsure of that, examine the Ninth and Tenth Amendments to the Constitution of the United States.
