Special Stack... Day 1 Trial Short Analysis
An understaffed, flawed process allowed illegitimate ballots to be counted.
Phoenix, AZ May 18, 2023, The Plaintiff’s witnesses, some friendly and some hostile painted a picture of flawed process from the start. The day started with a provable claim that 298,000 signatures were illegitimate because they were not really matched, but shoved through the system with no more than 3 seconds review time. Signature match process failure was the primary focus of the day. Several witnesses testified that the rate of processing and volume of work to be done on signature verification did not add up.
The Kari Lake legal team did a good job highlighting what is a poorly designed process that was exploited for speed over accuracy. The description of manual review by Level 1 and Level 2 revealed a slight of hand that subverted the entire review process. When a signature was in question by a Level 1 reviewer, that signature would be escalated to a Level 2 reviewer. When their queue got too full, they just sent it back to a Level 1 reviewer for another try. Of course the message was move this stuff through the system so we can be done. At 1 Hour, 52 Minutes it was clear that “there was not an adequate allotment of Level 2 verifiers.”

TakeitbackUSA on Rumble summed up the data from testimony this way, “36hrs*60min/hr*60sec/min=129,600 total sec to approve 298,000 signatures which is 2.3 signatures approved per second for 36 straight hours with no rejections sent to secondary or level 3 reviews. The Lake attorneys are building the case that those numbers are statistically impossible when they let the majority of the 155 level 1 signature approvers go Nov. 11. It would only be possible if there was no signature verification (with no rejections) and all of the signatures were just approved without review. In return, AZ election laws of signature verification were not followed and were violated, making the election not valid (fraudulent) and should have been thrown out and re-done with strict scrutiny!”
What did not come up today was the revelation disclosed by lead attorney for Kari Lake, Kurt Olson, “Maricopa officials conducted secret testing on the tabulators on October 14th, 17th and 18th. That’s after [emphasis added] the Logic and Accuracy tests were certified. Records show 260 of those 446 tabulators failed those secret tests and then those same tabulators were then used in the election [2022].
A.R.S § 16-449 A is very specific, “Within the period of time before the election day prescribed by the secretary of state in the instructions and procedures manual adopted pursuant to section 16-452, the board of supervisors or other election officer in charge, or for an election involving state or federal candidates, the secretary of state, shall have the automatic tabulating equipment and programs tested to ascertain that the equipment and programs will correctly count the votes cast for all offices and on all measures. Public notice of the time and place of the test shall be given at least forty-eight hours prior thereto by publication once in one or more daily or weekly newspapers published in the town, city or village using such equipment, if a newspaper is published therein, otherwise in a newspaper of general circulation therein. The test shall be observed by at least two election inspectors, who shall not be of the same political party, and shall be open to representatives of the political parties, candidates, the press and the public.
In this case, the logic & accuracy test should have been performed again, with public notice. The statute states that both the automatic voting tabulating equipment and the software need to be tested. That voided all 446 tabulators. THAT, on top of the tabulation test failures and the failures on Election Day, displays clear misconduct & intent

Excellent review Mr. Finchem of Kari Lakes first day of trial. As I watched it I was praying as prayer in my LIFE is powerful and as I know move mountains for our LORD’S glory. I saw the same points brought to surface in the first day of the trial. Heb 4: 13 Nothinh in all creation is hidden from GOD’S sight Everything is uncovered… I brought up same issues in in my poll training when the presenter said no need to be concerned about signatures. That was not true. It’s extremely important to the process. She said I quote Mr Richer said don’t be concerned about signatures at the very beginning of our training. I stated no that’s not legal. She ignored my question. She told us many other things that were not aligned with the Az law of election integrity. I was never assigned a poll location. So not only was my vote stolen but my right to participate in the process was denied too because I was the one who knew the laws of election of Az. I don’t think I was the only one who knew just no one had the courage to speak up. I did report this all to the AG office of Bronvich at the time. This was the 2022 general election. May I suggest that poll watchers take a course in the laws of election process here in Az for our next round of elections. That they are encouraged to speak up speak out and question information instruction given during training that is false. We have to not let fear dictate our actions or we will become slaves to whom ever is in charge. We will essentially loose our freedom! I am a strong VOICE for all people.
