Superior Intellect or Just Common Sense?

Elon Musk is one smart guy, with the same evidence why aren't Legislators on board?

West Palm Beach, FL, September 1, 2024… We, the American People regardless of party affiliation, have been complaining for decades about connecting proof of citizenship with a positive photo ID, and presenting the same when reporting to the polls to vote. It is nice to see Elon Musk paying so much attention to the question of positive ID for voting, with his expansive voice, government gangsters like Brad Raffensperger, Jena Griswold, Jocelyn Benson, and Adrian Fontes have got to be nervous. Yes, every one of these individuals controls the vote in their respective states.

Yet, Legislators across America, and judges in our courts, have blocked every attempt to implement such an election fraud countermeasure. WHY?

Critical thinkers know why. Photo ID linked to proof of the right to vote (citizenship) is perhaps the most important of all election fraud countermeasures that could protect the individual franchise. But the power brokers don’t want you to interfere with their game.

Protecting the individual voter franchise…

Protection of the individual voting franchise goes much deeper than issuing a positive Voter ID. While it may be obvious to some, not everyone understands the threat to our national psyche. For every invalid ballot that is counted someone’s vote is cancelled out. This happens in many different ways, but in every case, someone suffers a loss of their franchise. Increase the scale by a factor of 10, 100, or even 1,000, and elections become irredeemably compromised, putting individuals into office who are not entitled to be there. It becomes a seizure of power, not the voice of the people, the vox populi, vox dei.

In the malapportionment case Reynolds v Sims, 377 U.S. 533 (1964) SCOTUS cited in Footnote 291,

"There is more to the right to vote than the right to mark a piece of paper and drop it in a box or the right to pull a lever in a voting booth. The right to vote includes the right to have the ballot counted. . . . It also includes the right to have the vote counted at full value without dilution or discount. . . . That federally protected right suffers substantial dilution . . . [where a] favored group has full voting strength . . . [and] [t]he groups not in favor have their votes discounted."

With every right comes a responsibility, the right to vote carries with it a personal responsibility to have one’s affairs in order. That means it is your responsibility —not the nanny state— to have and hold a birth certificate showing you are a natural-born citizen, or your immigration and naturalization documents showing you are a naturalized citizen. Democrats would have us all believe that individuals who are assumed to be likely Democrat voters are too dumb to obtain a photo ID linked to proof of citizenship. Of course, Ami Horowitz blows that notion out of the water during his “man on the street” interviews. This is a must-watch. Did you know that voter ID laws are racist? Never mind that everyone can obtain a positive photo ID with just a little effort, so help me understand how the requirement is racist.

Elon Musk calls it out…

“Those who oppose voter ID are doing so to commit fraud.” While Elon does indeed exhibit superior intellect, he also is capable of expressing common sense.
